Causeway Bay Kam Tou closing in mid March Might seek opportunity Up North 

Artist Michelle Lo posted on her instagram, saying that Kam Tou’s boss lady told her, they will be closing down on March 17. Michelle Lo asked the boss lady where they will be moving to, the answer was that they are considering to look for business opportunities in Mainland China, also saying that “ can’t really do it here”. 

 Located at 19 Lan Fong Road, Causeway Bay floor shop, “Kam Tou Roast Goose” was started by Yung Kee Restaurant’s second generation helmsman Kam Kin-sing’s eldest son Kevin Kam in 2019. This restaurant is opened by the descendant from the famous Yung Kee Restaurant in central, their roasting technique have been passed down for three generations, it is famous for its roasted goose with crispy skin and tender meat.
