A surprising move against the market trend!  As the HK Chief Executive said, “Don’t complain about God, don’t blame others.”  The catering industry is in difficult situations, recently a Hong Kong tea restaurant launched “all-you-can-eat breakfast for 38 dollar” and “all-you-can-eat lunch for 58 dollar” to attract customers.  Showing the wisdom of change when you are poor, wisdom of change that led to success.

The tea restaurant is in Tsuen Wan Industrial Area, breakfast is originally from 7:00 to 11:30, shorten to 10:30.  All you can eat for $38 includes barbecued pork buns, siomai, fried rice, fried rice noodles, pork bone congee, fried eggs, sausages, etc. Drinks include hot and cold soy milk, coffee and tea, etc., limited to 45 minutes.

A customer made a special trip to visit after seeing the news and thought the quality was mediocre, but added, “had no expectations, so no disappointment.” The person in charge of the restaurant reiterated that it has just opened, and the current breakfast and lunch buffet is only in the trial stage and may not be able to “fight” for a long time, but it’s definitely better than ‘Two-dish-rice’.
